Lambing season is always a busy time on the farm, and this year was no exception. Starting at the end of October and wrapping up five weeks later, we’re thrilled with the results despite some challenging weather. Each ewe produced an average of 1.7 lambs, which is a great outcome. Seeing the fields filled with healthy, lively lambs is a reminder of why this hard work is so rewarding.
